Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Skilled Nursing Facility
Location: Warren, OH
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / PRN

Job Description:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor vital signs and document patient status
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and care team
- Assist with care planning and patient education
Requirements:
- Active Ohio LPN license
- 2+ years of nursing or long-term care experience preferred
