Warehouse Manual Laborer

The Warehouse Manual Laborer will play a vital role in the efficient operation of our apparel warehouse, working closely within a large team to manage loading, unloading, and various manual labor tasks. This role requires: physical stamina, the ability to stand for long periods, and lift above 50 lbs. The position offers overtime and weekends, within a busy, fast-paced environment. Employees in this role can advance by obtaining equipment certifications and gaining experience through cross-department training.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload apparel products safely and efficiently
• Lift upwards of 50lbs
• Perform manual labor tasks including lifting and moving inventory
• Collaborate with a large team to maintain smooth warehouse operations
• Adhere to scheduled regular daytime shifts with availability for weekend and overtime work

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in warehouse operations
• Strong physical stamina for demanding labor tasks
• RF Scanning Experience
• Basic math skills for inventory handling and tracking
