The Llano / Hill Country National Bank team is searching for two Customer Service Representative (CSRs); one to be based at our main branch in Llano, TX and the other will be based at our Hill Country National Bank location in Burnet, TX..
Responsibilities:
- Provide setup and support for new accounts, online banking, debit cards and other services.
- Handle monetary transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, safe deposit box payments and loan payments
- Educate customers in the products and services we offer
- Assist with support of loan customers and accounts
- Occasionally work in the Saturday rotation
- Work where needed within the branch
- Report to the Lobby Manager
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math and computer skills
- Cash-handling experience
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass background and credit check
