Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide specialized behavioral services primarily to children with autism across various settings including schools, homes and clinic programs. Managing a caseload of 10-15 clients, the BCBA will utilize data-driven approaches and behavior tracking to design and implement effective interventions, supervise staff, and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to promote client progress.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavior assessments and develop intervention plans
• Analyze client data using behavior tracking and data analysis tools
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Train and supervise staff, providing workshops and ongoing support
• Consult with clients and families to ensure effective communication and treatment adherence
• Write detailed reports documenting assessment findings and client progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and services
• Maintain ethical compliance in all behavioral interventions and client interactions

Required Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential and certification

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in applied behavior analysis
• Proficiency in behavioral assessment, data collection, and analysis
• Experience developing treatment plans for clients with autism
• Strong client communication skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
