Compensation:

Responsibilities:
  • Guide customers through the car-buying process with clarity and confidence, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor in automotive purchases.
  • Stay informed about the latest automotive trends and market conditions to provide expert advice.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand each customer's unique requirements and preferences.
  • Facilitate test drives and vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits tailored to customer interests.
  • Assist customers in navigating financing options, ensuring they understand all available choices and terms clearly and accurately.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or sales, preferably within the automotive industry. (NOT REQUIRED).
  • Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized car-buying experience.
  • Proven track record of staying informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide expert advice.
  • Strong communication skills to clearly explain financing options and vehicle features to customers.
  • Ability to conduct thorough needs assessments to understand and meet customer preferences.
  • Experience in collaborating with sales teams to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Comfortable facilitating test drives and vehicle demonstrations, tailoring presentations to customer interests.
  • WILLING TO WORK HARD AND BE COACHED.
