Complete Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our growing home health team. We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of patients’ homes.

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
• Completing comprehensive assessments and ongoing patient evaluations
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitoring patient progress and communicating changes in condition
• Educating patients and caregivers on disease management and care plans
• Completing timely and accurate documentation in EMR system
• Coordinating care with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensuring compliance with Medicare and home health regulations

Qualifications:

• Current RN or LPN license in the State of Colorado
• Current CPR certification
• Home health experience preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
