Bi-Lingual 2nd-3rd Onsite Grand Prairie/Lancaster

We are seeking a Bilingual Staffing Onsite Recruiter to join our light industrial staffing team! You will perform activities ranging from recruiting to office management to account (customer) management. This is a high growth position, with the opportunity to be promoted to different roles within the company. If you like staffing, and know what it takes to staff for light industrial customers, and are willing put in the effort to get the job done, this is the role for you!

2nd Shift:

1:30PM-11:30PM

Monday-Friday

3rd Shift

9:30PM-7:30AM

Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

• On-board and train new employees
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
• Accurately maintain employee files
• Interface with customers

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently with little oversight
• Attention to detail and a mature and excellent communicator
• Punctual (on time) and responsive calls and e-mails
• Able to multi task and balance your workload
• Willing to hustle and do it all to get the job done (no task is "Beneath" you)
• Need to genuinely like working with people and helping them to find work all with a caring, inclusive and respectful attitude
