Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver customer-facing marketing materials such as brochures, one-page summaries, case studies, advertisements, and digital content that support sales efforts.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and outside agencies to create messaging and visual assets that reflect brand strategy and resonate with target audiences.
• Oversee content review and approval processes to keep projects moving on schedule while maintaining accuracy, quality, and brand alignment.
• Coordinate marketing support for trade shows and industry events, including collateral preparation, booth graphics, signage, and exhibitor submissions.
• Handle core event logistics such as registrations, vendor coordination, promotional item ordering, and timeline tracking to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor event and promotional spending, maintain budget visibility, and forecast needs in line with approved plans and purchasing guidelines.
• Work with sales and marketing teams to prepare materials that help communicate value propositions clearly across hospitality and contract channels.
• Organize post-event assets and materials for follow-up activities and future reuse to extend the value of marketing investments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Marketing Communications, or a related discipline.
• 5 plus years of experience in marketing communications, content development, sales support, or a similar function.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines and maintaining close attention to detail.
• Experience producing marketing collateral across print, digital, and event-related formats.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Familiarity with budget tracking, forecasting, and basic event or trade show logistics.
• Understanding of brand standards and the ability to ensure materials meet messaging and quality expectations.
