Accounting Manager

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations and financial reporting for a growing organization in the West Metro. This role will oversee close activities, maintain accurate records across core accounting functions, and help strengthen processes that support reliable reporting and compliance. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to coordinate effectively with leadership and external service providers.

• 7+ years of accounting experience, including responsibility for month-end close and general ledger management.
• Strong knowledge of reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting processes.
• Experience supporting financial statement audits and preparing documentation for external review.
• Background overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and payroll administration.
• Ability to establish and improve accounting procedures, internal controls, and operating workflows.
• Proficiency working with expense management platforms, payroll providers, and standard accounting systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate variances and maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with leadership, external advisors, and cross-functional partners.
