Job Title: Seasonal General Office Clerk
Location: Newport, Rhode Island
Schedule: PART-TIME Monday, Wednesday & Thursday (possible fourth day depending on volume) 9:00 AM-4:00 PM (Flexible)
Duration: Memorial Day through Labor Day

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused General Office Clerk for a seasonal opportunity in Newport, RI. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment during the busy summer season.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Manage the online tour booking reservation system and assist customers with booking tours and providing general information
• Greet and assist walk-in customers
• Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and email correspondence
• Support daily office operations as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous office or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling systems)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Friendly, professional demeanor
