• Leads
  • All leads are managed with the sales process.
  • Demonstrate a relentless obsession with providing an awesome experience while guiding customer Leads.
• Your Customer Accounts
  • Handle assigned accounts by learning what they do and how they operate.
  • Ensure drafting, quoting and active projects proceed smoothly.
  • Ensure problems and opportunities are resolved quickly and well.
• Follow Sales Process
  • Ensure the Sales Team is following and adhering to their core processs.
• Product Knowledge
  • Stay current with product trends to provide the right building materials.
• Design Knowledge
  • Provide input and direction on plan, styles and product selections to help find the right solution for each customer.
