We are currently seeking a Administrative Maintenance Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
  • Assign and gather estimates for repairs
  • Gather work order requests, estimates for repairs and follow through to assure work is complete
  • Interact with sub contractors to assign work orders
  • High level of customer service interaction required

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
  • Familiarity with property management, real estate or customer service a plus
  • Ability to work in fast pace customer service office environment
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
