Field Operations Supervisor - Multi-Site (EN/ES)

ABOUT US
We Clean Commercial Cleaning is a growing South Florida commercial cleaning company serving K-12 schools, municipal contracts, and 30+ commercial accounts. We are looking for an experienced Field Operations Supervisor to oversee multi-site operations, support our existing supervisors, and ensure consistent service quality across our portfolio.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Supervise daily cleaning operations across 20+ commercial accounts and a multi-site municipal contract (16 buildings)
- Conduct quality assurance inspections at client sites and document findings with photos
- Provide operational support and coverage to the Boca Prep and North Broward Prep account supervisors during emergencies, vacations, and peak periods
- Coordinate supplies, equipment, and logistics across multiple sites
- Train new cleaners on company SOPs, safety standards, and client-specific scope of work
- Respond to client requests and resolve issues in real time
- CommunicaELE te with crews in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
- Maintain accurate timesheets and submit daily activity reports
- Ensure compliance with uniform, badge, and PPE requirements

WHAT WE REQUIRE
- 5+ years of experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial, or facility services
- Proven multi-site supervision experience (5+ locations simultaneously)
- Trilingual: fluent in English, Portuguese, AND Spanish (verbal and written)
- Valid Florida driver's license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record
- Smartphone proficient - comfortable with timesheet apps, photo documentation, group chats
- Authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify employer)
- Able to pass background check and drug screening
- Physically able to lift 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

WHAT WE OFFER
- $21.00/hour base pay + overtime eligibility (over 40 hours/week)
- Minimum 80 hours per pay period guaranteed (biweekly — 40 hours/week minimum even on slow weeks)

WORK SCHEDULE
This is a hands-on field role. Most cleaning operations occur after standard business hours. Expect a flexible schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends to support multi-shift operations. Standard 40 hours/week with overtime available when business needs require.

Candidates with current/recent experience at large commercial cleaning companies (ABM, ISS, ServiceMaster, Pritchard, GCA, Harvard Maintenance) are strongly encouraged to apply.
