Estimator (Architectural Millwork / Commercial Casework)
Location: Denver, CO (Onsite)
Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000

Our client, a growing company within the commercial construction industry, is seeking an Estimator to join its Denver team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in architectural millwork and commercial wood product estimating who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience estimating projects involving commercial cabinetry, custom millwork, fixtures, bench seating, furniture, and casework. This experience is a core requirement for the role.

What You’ll Work On:

• Preparing detailed project estimates and competitive bids
• Reviewing blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Coordinating with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
• Evaluating material pricing and subcontractor proposals
• Managing multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–5 years of estimating experience in commercial construction or millwork manufacturing
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with Innergy software is a plus
