Your day to day as an Investment Program Associate

As an Investment Program Associate at Kohler Credit Union, your day will be a dynamic blend of client support and financial operations, all while fostering teamwork. You will act as a vital point of contact for Investment & Retirement Services clients, expertly assisting with IRA transactions, rollovers, transfers, and account inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout every interaction. Supporting Financial Advisors will be a key part of your role as you coordinate schedules, prepare client documentation, and maintain comprehensive CRM records, all while adhering to financial regulations. Additionally, you'll collaborate with marketing and branch teams to enhance client outreach, organize retirement seminars, and promote financial wellness events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial services, banking, investments, or client service preferred; relevant internship experience will also be considered.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field (preferred)
• Series 6 license preferred (or willingness to obtain additional licenses)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Interest in long-term career growth in the investment industry
