Sales Representative Team Lead
Full-Time Employment: Base pay + commissions + full benefits
Vertical Ownership: multi-family sales nationwide

Ideal Candidate (Multi-Family Focus):
2+ years selling to apartment complexes, student housing, or multi-family developers
Proven closing $25K+ monthly gym/amenity deals
Existing relationships with property managers or regional developers
Independent hunter who thrives on relationship sales
Daytime availability M-F with travel flexibility
Understands multi-family needs: durable equipment, fast installs, ongoing service

Position Summary: Own end-to-end multi-family gym solutions from your local base:

• Sell complete gym packages to apartment properties
• Design, procure equipment, install, service, asset/warranty management
• Target your local market + national multi-family leads
• Leverage our white-glove service edge over OEMs

Job Requirements
Multi-family sales track record ($25K+ monthly closes)
Reliable transportation for property visits
High School Diploma or GED
Clean background & drug test
Professional appearance

Work Schedule & Pay
Part-time (15-20 hrs/wk) or full-time, M-F daytime
10-20% travel for key properties
100% commission start (uncapped on apartment deals)
Contractors first 3 months/200 hours full-time eligible
