Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Cabinetry Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will oversee the assembly of custom cabinetry, ensuring precision, quality, and efficiency throughout the process. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in carpentry and fabrication-related tasks, with a strong emphasis on leadership and mentorship. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality projects in a fast-paced environment dedicated to craftsmanship and excellence.

 

Hours are 5:00am-1:30pm, Monday-Friday

 

Duties

  • Lead and supervise cabinetry assembly teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project timelines.
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble cabinetry components.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools and equipment to cut, shape, and assemble cabinetry parts.
  • Oversee quality control checks throughout the assembly process to meet company standards
  • Assist in training team members on proper assembly techniques, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
  • Manage inventory of materials and tools required for cabinetry fabrication and assembly.
  • Document work progress and communicate effectively with employees regarding project status.

 

Requirements

  • Bilingual speaking (Spanish and English)
  • Proven experience in cabinetry assembly, carpentry, or related construction fields.
  • Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment.
  • Minimum 2 years leadership experience
  • Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in assembly processes.
  • Physical ability for heavy lifting and working in various environmental conditions.
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients alike.
