• 40 hours max, Monday - Friday
• Clinic 7:30am - 4:30pm or procedure days 7am - 4pm
• Rotated call schedule
• Clinic and surgery procedures required
• Hospital privileges required
• 1 year assignment with option to extend 4 more years
• Malpractice covered by agency
• ACLS and BLS certification required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
