Dermatology Physician Assistant (PA)

Location: Natick, MA

Job Type:
• Full-Time
• Schedule: 4 days per week
• Hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• No on-call, weekend, or night requirements

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Dermatology Physician Assistant (PA) to join a growing dermatology practice. This role includes managing both medical and cosmetic dermatology patients, providing continuity of care, and performing a variety of dermatologic procedures.

The position offers a collaborative environment with supervision from a Board-Certified Dermatologist, combining autonomy with clinical support.

Patient Volume:
• 6-10 patients per day initially
• Gradually increasing to 25-30 patients per day

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive dermatologic evaluations and physical exams
• Diagnose and manage a variety of skin conditions
• Perform cosmetic and laser procedures, including injectables (e.g., botulinum toxin)
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and compliant EHR documentation
• Educate patients on skin health, treatments, and preventive care
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care

Qualifications:
• Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C)
• Minimum 2-3 years of dermatology experience as a practicing PA
• Experience with cosmetic dermatology and injectables preferred
• BLS certification required
• Familiarity with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, eClinicalWorks preferred)
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills
