Requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Experience in hospice, palliative care, or end-of-life nursing preferred.

• BLS required; hospice or palliative care certifications preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient conditions, including pain and symptom management.
• Administer medications and interventions to ensure patient comfort.
• Educate patients and families on hospice care, disease progression, and end-of-life planning.
• Document patient care and communicate with the interdisciplinary hospice team.
• Provide emotional and psychosocial support to patients and families.
