EXTREME SALES MARKETING LLC is hiring motivated Local Event Sales Managers to help build and manage local residential internet sales teams.

This is an independent contractor sales leadership opportunity. You will help represent home internet service options from major national providers by setting up approved local event opportunities, recruiting and supporting local event representatives, and helping residential customers check what internet options may be available at their address.

This is a good fit for someone who is comfortable talking to people, organizing local activity, leading a small team, and building a market. This is not a traditional hourly job. This is a performance-based opportunity for someone who wants to help build a local sales presence.

What You’ll Do

• Help build a local event sales team in your area
• Recruit and support local event sales representatives
• Coordinate approved event/table locations
• Work local retail-style events, community events, and high-traffic areas
• Speak with residential customers about home internet options
• Help customers check address availability
• Make sure customer information is submitted accurately
• Help new representatives complete online training
• Review scripts, guidelines, and campaign expectations with your team
• Track event activity and report results
• Follow all company and provider rules

What We’re Looking For

• Sales, event, retail, canvassing, telecom, or team leadership experience preferred
• Comfortable recruiting and helping train local representatives
• Able to work independently without in-person supervision
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Organized and reliable
• Comfortable speaking with residential customers face-to-face
• Able to follow company processes and provider guidelines
• Basic smartphone or computer skills
• Interested in performance-based income

Paid Weekly

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.

Compensation is performance-based and include:

• Commission on your own completed customer installations
• Override or bonus opportunities from qualified team production
• Additional performance incentives based on market activity and results

Exact payout depends on provider, service type, completed installation, and campaign requirements.

Important Details

This role focuses on residential home internet services. Availability depends on each customer’s exact address. Representatives must follow all company and provider guidelines and submit accurate customer information. This position is best for someone who wants to build a local sales market, not just work occasional events.
