Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator Overland Park, KS | Fully Onsite Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire| up to $32ph. LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing construction organization to identify a detail-oriented Project Coordinator. This role will support project managers and field teams by ensuring documentation, scheduling, and communication are executed efficiently across multiple projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support project managers with day-to-day coordination of construction projects
• Track and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely project progress
• Assist with job scheduling, reporting, and project timelines
• Maintain organized digital and physical project files and ensure documentation is up to date
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and job-related documentation
• Communication updates between field teams, project managers, and clients
• Assist in tracking materials, deliveries, and logistics to keep projects on schedule
• Support project closeout activities, including punch lists and final documentation

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-3+ years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, or similar role
• Exposure to construction processes, terminology, and documentation
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office tools
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $27.00 to $32.00 per hour
