\n\nJob Description\n

The Labor & Delivery unit provides comprehensive obstetric care for patients who are 20+ weeks pregnant and up to 6 weeks postpartum. The facility is equipped with 14 Labor & Delivery rooms, an OB Triage unit, OB ORs, and an OB PACU, including 5 newly built rooms featuring state-of-the-art equipment and modern technologies designed for comfort and family-centered care.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide care for patients in labor and postpartum settings
\n
• Utilize active fetal monitoring to ensure the safety of the mother and baby
\n
• Conduct assessments and interventions in the OB Triage unit
\n
• Assist in surgical procedures, including C-sections
\n

\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n

\n
• 3 years of current Labor & Delivery experience with OB Triage required
\n
• Active MD or compact license in hand
\n
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and C-EFM (preferred) or AWHONN Intermediate
\n
• Charge nurse experience preferred
\n
