Position Overview

We are currently seeking a highly reliable and physically active Unarmed Security Officer to join our team in North Miami Beach FL for residential security to perform high visibility patrols on foot and golf cart. Must adhere to strict standard operating procedures, grooming and uniform standards, be on time and speak English fluently.

This is a permanent assignment, Monday-Sundays 7:00PM-7:00AM.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure residential community
• Conduct active patrols of grounds and access points
• Monitor entry/exit areas and enforce visitor access control procedures
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies swiftly and effectively
• Must be capable of patrolling actively outside on foot
• Deter and detect potential threats through active presence and situational awareness

Required Qualifications

• Valid Florida Class D Security License
• CPR/First Aid Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Must be physically capable of standing, patrolling
• Excellent verbal communication and de-escalation skills
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Neatly groomed appearance
• Must be able to successfully pass a firearms proficiency test

Schedule

• Monday-Sunday 7:00PM-7:00AM
• Opportunity to expand hours based on performance and growth in the company

Compensation & Benefits

• $15.00-$16.00 per hour
