Job Title: RN – Clinical Nurse Educator (Cardiac Cath Lab)

Type: On-site | Contract
Local Rate: $2,962.5/week
Travel Rate: $3,661/week

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) – Clinical Nurse Educator for an exciting Travel or Local job in Brooklyn, NY.

Specialty Focus: Cardiac Catheterization, Electrophysiology (EP), and Interventional Cardiology

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and evaluate specialized educational programs and competencies for Cardiac Cath Lab staff
• Lead onboarding, orientation, and advanced training for new hires and fellowship nurses
• Serve as subject matter expert on evidence-based cardiac protocols, emergency interventions, radiation safety, and cath lab technologies
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, DOH, and ACC guidelines through accurate documentation of staff education
• Collaborate with Cath Lab leadership to identify knowledge gaps and implement targeted training initiatives
• Support quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and procedural outcomes

Qualifications
• Master’s Degree in Nursing Education (MSN-Ed) required
• Strong clinical background in Cardiac Cath Lab / Interventional Cardiology / EP required
• Proven experience in clinical education or staff development in acute care settings
• Active, unrestricted RN license in the State of New York
• BLS Certification required
