Customer Service Representative
Job Summary: Provides customer service and resolves issues by offering solutions, explanations and options.
General Accountabilities Provides customers' information about bus schedules and gate assignments, sells tickets at counter or instruct on ticket kiosk use,
Rebook tickets as needed with proper authority,
Address customer complaints with a professionalism,
Ensures full customer satisfaction and maintains a friendly, helpful demeanor. Identifies and prioritizes problems and issues related to service area. Maintains close contact with customer to give updates on travel progress
Maintain a clean and manageable facility, including outside smoking areas, bathrooms, lobby, platforms, offices and all service areas.
Fuel and service transport equipment as needed.
Keep records of equipment maintenance, customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
