Location: Cheyenne, WY
Rate of Pay: $22.63 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Days: Monday – Friday
Duration: Long-term
Adecco is currently assisting a client in Cheyenne, WY for an Office Support Specialist. This is a long-term job opportunity, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Position Overview
The Office Support Specialist provides advanced administrative support to ensure efficient and accurate daily operations within the Cheyenne office. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining positive working relationships with staff and the public.
Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced administrative and clerical tasks in alignment with agency policies, procedures, and standards.
Operate office equipment including phones, scanners, copiers, fax machines, and related technology.
Use computer applications including databases, spreadsheets, word processing software, and email systems.
Interpret legal land descriptions, decrees, and technical documentation.
Maintain accurate and organized records; take clear and detailed notes, minutes from meetings.
Provide customer service by assessing needs and offering appropriate guidance.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical boundaries.
Demonstrate integrity, fairness, and professionalism in interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate effectively and contribute to a positive work environment.
Able to make travel arrangements for clients.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of:
Agency policies, procedures, and office practices
Legal and ethical requirements relevant to the position

Pay Details: $22.63 per hour
