A highly respected Commercial/Industrial General Contractor is actively seeking an experienced Tilt Wall / Light Industrial Superintendent to join its growing operations team in the Dallas/Fort Worth market.

This is an opportunity to join a contractor with an exceptionally strong pipeline of work through 2026 and 2027, offering long-term stability, career growth, and the chance to lead some of the region’s most notable industrial projects — all local to DFW with no extended travel required.

Projects include:

• Tilt-wall distribution centers
• Light industrial facilities
• Warehouses & logistics hubs
• Manufacturing and flex industrial developments

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Proven experience leading ground-up tilt-wall/light industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety, and field coordination
• Ability to drive schedules and manage subcontractor performance
• Experience delivering projects on time and within budget
• Leadership skills that create accountability and positive jobsite culture

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: Up to $130K DOE
• Bonus: Up to 15%+ annual bonus
• Vehicle Allowance: $1,000/month
