Monday – Friday
6:00 AM – 2:45 PM

Pay Rate:
$20.00/hour

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of Maintenance Technician experience required

Minimum Qualifications
Maintenance & Technical Skills

• Basic mechanical knowledge, including repairing and maintaining warehouse equipment such as conveyor belts, forklifts, and pallet jacks
• Electrical troubleshooting skills, including minor electrical repairs, wiring replacement, and lighting maintenance
• HVAC maintenance knowledge, including heating, ventilation, and cooling systems
• Basic plumbing experience, including fixing leaks, drains, and pipe-related issues
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus for repairing shelving, metal structures, and equipment

Physical & Safety Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy items and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Forklift and pallet jack operation experience preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, PPE usage, and safe handling procedures
• Understanding of fire prevention systems and emergency response procedures

Problem-Solving & Organizational Skills

• Preventive maintenance planning and scheduling
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize urgent repairs
• Basic inventory management for tools, parts, and supplies
• Clear communication with supervisors, contractors, and team members
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced warehouse environment
