CNA

Position: CNA (Contract to Perm)
Location: NY 14456
Pay: $674 – $771/week

Contract Duration:

• 05/19/2026 – 08/22/2026 (13 weeks)

Schedule:

• Full-Time Evenings

• 5x7.5-hour shifts (37.5 hours/week)

• Every Other Weekend (EOW) required

• Holidays required

• Provide ADL care: hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, skin care per care plan

• Maintain safety: respond to call lights, prevent falls, maintain safe/clean environment

• Support nutrition: meal delivery, feeding assistance, adaptive equipment use

• Assist mobility: transfers, ambulation, ROM, positioning, assistive devices

• Report changes in condition and resident concerns promptly to nursing staff

• Complete all documentation per facility protocol

• NYS Nursing Assistant Certification (required, active 1+ year)

• BLS Certification (AHA or RQI only)

• Minimum 1 year LTC/CNA experience (licensed)

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to work in environment with exposure to blood/body fluids
