CNA

Position: CNA (Contract to Perm)
Location: NY 14456
Pay: $674 – $771/week

Contract Duration:

• 05/19/2026 – 08/22/2026 (13 weeks)

Schedule:

• Part-Time Evenings

• 2x8 or 3x8-hour shifts (37.5 hours/week equivalent rotation as scheduled)

• Every Other Weekend (EOW) required

• Holidays required

• Must attend full-shift orientation on a Tuesday or Thursday

• Provide ADL care: hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, skin care per care plan

• Maintain resident safety: respond to call lights, fall prevention, clean/safe environment

• Assist with nutrition: meal delivery, feeding support, adaptive equipment use

• Support mobility: transfers, ambulation, ROM, proper positioning

• Observe and report changes in condition to nursing staff promptly

• Maintain accurate documentation per facility protocol

• NYS Nursing Assistant Certification (required, active 1+ year)

• BLS Certification (AHA or RQI only)

• Minimum 1 year LTC/CNA experience (licensed)

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to work in environment with exposure to blood/body fluids
