Location: NY, 13165

Contract Duration: 13 weeks (May 26, 2026 – Aug 29, 2026)

Pay Rate: $759 – $865 per week

Schedule: Nights (3:00 PM – 10:30 PM)

• Part-time: 2 shifts one week / 3 shifts the following week

• Every other weekend (EOW) + holidays required

Orientation Requirement: Must be available for full-shift orientation on a Tuesday or Thursday

Provide ADL care (hygiene, dressing, toileting, mobility) per care plan

Monitor/report resident status; document care and changes

Maintain safety, nutrition support, and basic restorative care

Active NYS Nursing Assistant Certification (minimum 1 year)

Minimum 1 year LTC or CNA experience

Current BLS certification (AHA/RQI)

Ability to work nights, EOW, and holidays

Comfortable with exposure to blood/body fluids
