CNA

• Location: NY, 14456

• Contract Duration: 13 weeks

• Pay Rate: $1000 – $1014 per week

• Schedule: Monday - Friday

• Orientation Requirement: Must be available for full-shift orientation on a Tuesday or Thursday

• Provide ADL care (hygiene, dressing, toileting, mobility) per care plan

• Monitor/report resident status; document care and changes

• Maintain safety, nutrition support, and basic restorative care

• Active NYS Nursing Assistant Certification (minimum 1 year)

• Minimum 1 year LTC or CNA experience

• Current BLS certification (AHA/RQI)

• Ability to work nights, EOW, and holidays

• Comfortable with exposure to blood/body fluids
