CNA

Position: CNA (Contract to Perm – Per Diem)
Location: NY 13165
Pay: $759 – $865/week (as applicable to shifts worked)

Contract Duration:

• 05/26/2026 – 08/29/2026 (13 weeks)

Schedule:

• Per Diem / Minimum requirement role

• Minimum: 24 hours (or 3 shifts) every 4 weeks

• Must include at least 2 weekend shifts per 4-week period

• 1x7.5-hour shifts as scheduled

• Must complete full-day orientation on Tuesday or Thursday

• Provide ADL care: hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, skin care per care plan

• Maintain safety: respond to call lights, fall prevention, safe environment upkeep

• Support nutrition: meal delivery, feeding assistance, adaptive equipment use

• Assist mobility: transfers, ambulation, ROM, positioning, assistive devices

• Observe and report changes in condition promptly to nursing staff

• Complete documentation per facility policy

• Provide care appropriate to adult and geriatric populations within CNA scope

• NYS Nursing Assistant Certification (required, active 1+ year)

• BLS Certification (AHA or RQI only)

• Minimum 1 year LTC/CNA experience (licensed)

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to work in environment with exposure to blood/body fluids
