Job Description
Contract Length: 14 Weeks (05/19/2026 – 08/22/2026)
Schedule: Full-Time, 5x7.5-hour evening shifts
Shift Time: Evenings (e.g., 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
Hours: 37.5 hrs/week
Pay: $665 – $762/week
Requirements: Every Other Weekend (EOW) + Holidays required
Orientation: Must be available for full-shift orientation on Tuesday or Thursday
Assist residents with ADLs (hygiene, dressing, toileting, positioning, skin care)
Maintain safety (respond to call lights, fall prevention, equipment monitoring)
Support nutrition (meal setup, feeding, honor preferences)
Assist mobility/rehab (ambulation, transfers, ROM, proper alignment)
Report condition changes; complete accurate documentation
Active NYS Nursing Assistant Certification (minimum 1 year)
BLS Certification (AHA or RQI required)
Minimum 1 year LTC/CNA experience
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work in environment with potential exposure to blood/body fluids
