Part-Time Receptionist – Join Our Friendly Dealership Team!

About Us: At Vann Gannaway Chevrolet, we make car buying and servicing a smooth, enjoyable experience. We’re looking for a warm, organized, and professional Receptionist to greet our customers and keep our front desk running efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome customers and visitors with a smile
• Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
• Keep the reception area tidy and organized
• Support the team with light admin tasks
• Minor errands, including picking up lunch on Saturdays.  Lunch is on us!

Hours:

• Tuesday to Friday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, professional, and approachable
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable using computers and office software
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience a plus
• 18 years of age or older, valid drivers license, reliable transportation
