Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency across sales and customer service functions
- Lead, coach, and support a high-performing sales and service team
- Help develop team members through motivation, accountability, and individualized coaching
- Foster a positive office culture centered around growth, professionalism, teamwork, and customer experience
- Assist with sales strategy, production goals, and performance management
- Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds and provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor workflows, office organization, and operational standards
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and training efforts for new team members
- Ensure compliance with agency procedures, company standards, and industry regulations
- Help identify strengths within team members and maximize each individuals potential for success
- Prior management experience in sales and customer service required
- Insurance or financial services industry experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to motivate and develop a team
- Comfortable managing multiple personalities and working styles
- Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Goal-oriented with a positive and growth-minded attitude
- Licensing experience or active insurance licenses are a plus
