Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Outpatient Clinic | Cypress, TX

Reliant Healthcare Group is hiringSpeech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our clinic-based pediatric therapy team in Cypress, TX. This is a full-time outpatient pediatric role with a consistent schedule, strong clinical support, and a collaborative team environment.

To support flexibility and attract exceptional clinicians, we offer two compensation modelsfor our therapy team members: Hourly Compensation or Pay-Per-Visit (PPV). • A traditional 40-hour work week
• Four 9-hour days with a half-day Friday, or

What Youll Do

• Provide speech and language therapy to pediatric patients in a clinic setting
• Complete evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary clinical team
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and company standards

Qualifications

• Active Texas SLP license REQUIRED
• Pediatric experience preferred
• CFYs and SLPs transitioning into pediatrics are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and documentation skills
