Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide comprehensive nursing care in a Neuro ICU setting.
\n
• Maintain thorough documentation and patient records using the Cerner EMR system.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and implement patient care plans.
\n
• Conduct patient assessments, especially strong neuro assessments and ICP monitoring.
\n
• Adhere to sterile field techniques during procedures and in SIMs Lab activities.
\n
• Float to various ICU and Telemetry floors, adjusting care to patient acuity levels.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Current RN license with ability to work in Arizona.
\n
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
\n
• Minimum of two years of ICU experience in a large (450+) bed facility.
\n
• Minimum three to six months of travel nursing experience.
\n
• Experience in Level 1 Trauma and familiar with neuro patient care required.
\n
• Strong understanding of sterile techniques and neuro assessments.
\n
