Desired Qualifications:

• Hold an active and unencumbered LPN or LVN license
• Prior experience in pediatric, school, or community health settings is advantageous
• Capable of flexible scheduling and travel between two sites less than 10 minutes apart

• Ability to follow care plans, provide hands-on medical support, and document effectively

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the school nurse in daily health office operations, including illness and injury triage, medication administration, and documentation
• Deliver medical support to students requiring specialized care, including two with spina bifida and one managing diabetes
• Serve as a substitute Personal Care Assistant/1:1 support for designated students when coverage is required
• Collaborate with school staff and families to ensure a safe, healthy environment
• Maintain compliance with district protocols and uphold student confidentiality at all times
