Registered Nurse position in the Emergency Room (ER) specialty.
Job title: RN- ER.
Shift hours: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, every other week (EOW).
Located in West Des Moines, Iowa at MercyOne West Des Moines Medical Center, part of Trinity Health system.

Job Requirements

Must have a valid nursing license with verification dated within 30 days of start.
Required to have BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Required to have ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
Required to have PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification.
Required to have TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification.
Must complete Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing within a year.
Must comply with Trinity Code of Conduct, Confidentiality, Integrity and Audit Services, Conflict of Interest Disclosure, Criminal Background Check, Education Verification, EPLS, GSA/OIG, Joint Commission Testing, NSO, System Access Form, Skills Checklist, Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training (Iowa only), IA Sing Report, and OFAC requirements.
Must provide proof of immunizations and health screenings including Fit Test, Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen, Color Vision, COVID-19 Vaccine or declination, MMR, Hepatitis B vaccination series, Influenza Vaccine or declination (optional), 2 Step PPD or IGRA, Varicella, Physical/Health Statement, and Tdap vaccine or declination if no pediatric interaction.
