As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive experience. You'll be the go-to expert for answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and building lasting relationships. We're looking for someone who is driven, adaptable, and a natural problem solver—someone who takes ownership, communicates effectively, and gets things done.
What You’ll Do
- Keep customer interactions organized and up to date in Salesforce (CRM)
- Build and maintain strong relationships—both with customers and internal teams
- Listen actively, think critically, and provide timely, accurate solutions
- Help customers succeed by offering the right solutions and insights
- Identify opportunities for growth—introduce customers to additional products and services that could benefit them
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-savvy—familiarity with Salesforce (or other CRMs) and Excel is a plus
- Fast and efficient—40+ WPM typing speed preferred
- A problem solver who can multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Someone who is eager to learn, adaptable, and thrives under pressure

- $45K - $50K (based on experience)
