Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Make a real difference in the lives of students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist, providing essential support to young learners from pre-kindergarten through fourth grade. This contract opportunity spans the upcoming school year, starting August 25, 2026, and running through June 11, 2027, offering you a chance to foster growth and communication skills in an engaging school environment.
You'll be working on-site across two dynamic elementary school locations, collaborating with dedicated educators and professionals while delivering individualized and group speech-language services. Your expertise will play a key role in helping students overcome barriers to academic and social success, guiding them to reach their highest potential.
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist certification with CCC required
- Experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload of pre-k to 4th grade students
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Comfort navigating multiple sites and adapting to varied school environments
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy to students individually and in groups
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress
- Provide consultation to teachers and families as part of a collaborative team
- Maintain accurate records and participate in special education meetings
- Support a positive and inclusive school culture at both sites
