We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our fast-paced dealership team. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to build strong relationships with customers while helping manage vehicle repair and maintenance needs from start to finish.

This position plays a critical role in delivering an excellent customer experience while supporting technician productivity and dealership growth.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
• Schedule service appointments and manage repair orders
• Communicate repair recommendations, timelines, and costs clearly
• Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure efficient workflow
• Provide regular status updates to customers throughout the repair process
• Review completed repairs and explain invoices upon vehicle pickup
• Maintain strong CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores
• Upsell recommended maintenance and repair services ethically and effectively
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Ensure repair orders are completed accurately and closed properly

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Basic automotive knowledge required
• Experience with dealership management software is a plus
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
