Become a vital part of a healthcare team in Overland Park, KS as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and operate CT equipment to deliver high-quality imaging for patient diagnosis and care.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years CT technologist experience.
- Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited radiologic program.
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification with CT credential.
- BLS certification.
- Valid Kansas state radiologic technologist license.
- Experience operating GE CT systems, specifically GE Optima models.
- Trauma imaging experience.
- Ability to use McKesson PACS and Meditech documentation systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in an outpatient or hospital CT department with multiple scanners.
- Strong patient care and communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to unit staffing needs and workflow.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 1800 - 06:30.
- Required to wear black scrubs as the unit dress code.
- May be expected to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
