Housekeeper Needed

I have four cats that have two big litter bins. Lots of cat fur, but I have equipment to suck it up. My house is 3 bedrooms, but only one will need cleaning. I need a really deep cleaning to start and maintenance cleaning every two weeks. A deeper cleaning once a year. I need help with organization and decluttering and donating/selling... I will share a percentage, if we have a sale. Someone very detail-oriented would be great. I had a regular housekeeper when I worked, but thought I could do it on my own, after I retired. That plan did not last long.
