Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care plans
• Attend weekly clinical staffing and review patient treatment plans
• Provide medication education to patients and families
• Monitor and document patient emotional and mental observations
• Lead teaching and educational groups
• Train LPNs and MHTs in charting and vital signs
• Participate in PI teams and task forces
• Accept educational or marketing assignments

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of psychiatric nursing experience
• Oklahoma state license
• De-escalation training preferred
• Recent traveler experience preferred

• Current nursing education and licensure
