Associate Director, Corporate Partnerships

A respected healthcare organization in Boston is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Corporate Partnerships to support strategic fundraising and partnership development initiatives.

The successful candidate will bring a strong background in corporate fundraising, business development, donor engagement, or strategic partnerships, along with experience managing high-level relationships and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and expand corporate and foundation partnerships
• Cultivate and steward major donor and corporate relationships
• Develop strategic engagement and fundraising initiatives
• Partner with organizational leadership and key stakeholders
• Support proposal development, stewardship reporting, and partnership fulfillment
• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities
• Mentor and support team members within the fundraising function

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 7+ years of progressive experience in development, corporate partnerships, fundraising, or related sales/business development roles
• Experience managing complex corporate or donor portfolios
• Track record of securing major gifts, grants, or partnership revenue
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Healthcare or nonprofit experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
