Outside Sales Consultant

We are seeking a motivated Replacement Sales Consultant to join our team! This role is responsible for in-home residential window and door sales, including product demonstrations, project evaluation and measuring, estimating, closing sales, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-home sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Measure and evaluate customer projects
• Prepare accurate quotes and sales paperwork
• Generate self-sourced leads and referrals
• Follow projects through completion and maintain customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of sales, customer service, or in-home selling experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and sales software
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Construction or windows/doors experience is a plus
