The Assistant Superintendent plays a vital role in supporting the superintendent to ensure smooth project execution, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and schedule adherence on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities among different teams and subcontractors
• Supervise on-site construction work to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
• Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
• Monitor quality control to meet project standards
• Assist in managing project schedules to keep work on track

Preferred Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in construction management
• Warehouse / Tilt Panel Experience
• Tenant Infill / Office Construction
